IGN XBox played a load of HALO at E3 and were quite impressed with it. They did notice some graphical glitches:

Admittedly choppy when battling it out with four or more buddies, the frantic squad-level action still has a ways to go in terms of visuals. Not quite on par with the PC demo floating around out there, the character models and resolution arenТt as pretty as its computer brethren. Luckily, the programming team still has a lot of optimization to do, so the preliminary graphical problems shouldnТt be a nuisance for too much longer.

However, this was their only complaint and they had nothing but strong praise for the rest of the article. IGN was impressed with the possibilities presented in HALO, such as driving someone else's vehicle or picking up a fallen comrade's weapon. They also found the multiplayer mode to be fun, exciting, and even better than the solo play, which they found cool beyond imagination.

The controversial retail TC, Myth II: Green Berets, has finally shown itself to the world. AVault has three screenshots posted of actual gameplay. The unit detail is pretty nice and the models look good. This definitely sheds new light on the situation.
