  2. Tough Choices For The Arbiter

Sat, 01/15/2005 - 23:29 by narcogen

After three levels of action on Earth, Halo 2 does two unexpected things: it takes the Master Chief away from humanity's homeworld unexpectedly, and it places the player in the size 14 horseshoes of The Arbiter, the once-disgraced Covenant Elite commander blamed for the destruction of Installation 04 now tasked with impossible missions that his Prophet Hierarch leaders believe-- and perhaps even hope-- will claim his life.

The first such task for the Arbiter is tracking down an Elite called The Heretic, who claims the Prophets are liars and is holed up on an ancient Forerunner gas mining facility suspended over Threshold. The task for the player is to see whether playing Halo 2 from the other side of the fence is just as much fun.

How does the Arbiter fare? Check the latest installment of Rampancy's Halo 2 Impressions covering The Arbiter.

Chief's homeworld

The Master Chief's homeworld is not Earth, silly people. If I had my books handy, I'd tell you where...but they are in my dorm and I'm at home.

A very nice job with fixing that. Usually, admins and mods ignore the stupid things people say about their posts on the main page. (RedvsBlue, for instance).
