oni

Kudos to the multiple people who have pointed out 15 new Oni screenshots at Adrenaline Vault. Possibly of more interest, though is the caption that goes along with them, quoted here for your reading delight:

Credit goes to Mumbles for being the first to point out this week's Oni update at OBO. Take a gander:

Just to collect some of the recent Oni revelations in one place. On the Oni Central forum there's been a lively discussion about an Oni demo, whether or not there will be one, and when, and for what machines. While no official word has yet been given, those beta testers whose cortex bombs had not yet been triggered were able to give us a few sketchy details before their heads were exploded before our very eyes.

It appears that Oni is indeed approaching reality. In this week's Oni Update at Oni Central, (pointed out to us by Louis Wu of bungie.org) Bungie's own Matt Soell confirmed that beta testing of the Macintosh version is underway, and that the PC version has reached final candidate.
