I just noticed that Cortana left a message on bnet (in the blue bar) saying something like Catch me if you can, love Cortana Also I was looking at the ranked spots in stats and Cortana right now holds the number one ranked spot and is also number one in territories.

Hmm, looks like Cortana has moved from tormenting the Soul to messing around in b.net. Arikay has a few more specifics about it in the forum post he made, but I quite agree with him... I like this comet. ;)
