While scanning the Internet I came upon a pre-E3 article at Wired. They were listing a number of games that they anticipated would be important to watch:

Wilson said he thinks Halo from Bungie will be a surprise hit, as will Max Payne, an action game from Finnish developer Remedy Software that's been in development almost as long as Daitakanta. Daitakanta was announced at E3 in 1997 and only recently started shipping.

Just a short blurb, but it's nice to get mentioned at a site that isn't particularly targeted for gamers.
