Apparently it might be, despite recent suggestions that the games will be uncomparable with Halo's altered destiny. In PC Gamer's October issue, an anticipation poll titled Waiting is the Hardest Part gives Halo five times the interest that Tribes 2 receives. Here's a listing of the top ten games in the lineup (totaling 79% of the vote):

Some of these figures surprise me, with Team Fortress 2 getting more than three times the vote that Tribes 2 did, but there it is. In related news, PC Gamer also reports that three important members of Dynamix are leaving to start their own company, named Garage Games. Those are lead programmer Rick Overman, programmer Mark Frohmayer and technical director Tim Gift.
