Kudos to peapon, who passed along this tidbit regarding Bungie and Halo getting some air time:

I was just watching Skyrocket a sort of internet tv show on Sky One. They dredge up all sort of strange internet stuff but today they were featuring Halo. There was no new info just the usual about the great graphics, rolling shell casings and smoke trails blowing in the wind plus a strange comment about how romantic it all sounded?!?

What could be more romantic than a stroll along the beach, exchanging fire with all manners of hostile forces? He goes on to point out that viewers were strongly advised to explore the game further, and that it's ever more proof that Halo stands at the door of the global big time...
