Kudos to fAt1 and Total Halo for this bit of news. fAt1 had contacted Incite PC to ask why they were no longer supplying their Halo video feature and received the following reply:

Bungie actually asked us to take it down because development direction on the game has changed and our movie (evidently) no longer accurately represents the game.We will definitely have new footage of the game up as soon as possible.Sorry,Patrick

Keep your eyes peeled... We'll have to see what develops from this juicy bit of rumorage. ;-)
