Daily Radar has put up its PC Oni review, stating that it's one of the most fun, poorly designed games we've ever played and Oni could have seriously benefited from a few more texture artists and at least one competent level designer. It also complains about the absence of multiplayer and the delay of Oni's release. There's plenty of praise though, from the smoothness of the game to the great special moves.
