Blood Gulch Chronicles, the popular webseries by the group Red vs Blue, using the Halo engine running on the Xbox and set in the Blood Gulch multiplayer map, has taken three prizes at the Machinima Awards 2003: Best Independent Machinima Film, Best Writing, and Best Picture. Congratulations to the Red vs. Blue gang, and thanks to jayWHY and Louis Wu at HBO.
Mat "MSN" Noguchi, tools programmer at Bungie, posted a blog entry on performance issues in PC Halo. That, and the comments following, are definitely worth reading, along with this forum thread at HBO that prompted him to write the blog.

According to SourceGuy and Grenadiac at HaloMods, the newest version of SparkEdit is out, and supports PC Halo maps and loading multiple BSP sections of campaign maps.

In halo 2 you can pilot the pelican but what i not sure about is if you can fly the covernant shadow !!
But it has been my life lone dream to fly the covernant dropship and the pelican !

because in the level "HALO" (the 2nd level) a marine says "uh oh more badnits heading in behind us, there trying to flank us"
i aint kidding this time my friend works at microsoft he actual had a intervew with all game designers and bungie was at the intevew they said it will be ready by jan or feb but they want to hold till april 18th to get more xbox live subscriptions and let halo pc sell a little. Paul Ryan, an editor at AceGamez, wrote to let us know they've reviewed PC Halo. They've also got a review of Halo for the Xbox there, for comparison's sake, if you're into that sort of thing.
They gave the PC version scores of 8, 9, 10 and 8 in the categories of gameplay, graphics, sound and lifespan, with a rating of 8/10 overall. The Xbox version received a perfect 10.
HaloMods let us know they've opened a Halo server at 204.251.80.250. Currently it's running the Banshee Wars mod we wrote about earlier.
In addition, version 2.0 of the Halo map editor, SparkEdit, has now gone into testing, with support for PC Halo maps as well as other improvements. Thanks Grenadiac.
Hey guys im the one theat made "NEW HALO CHAEAT !!!!!!!!" (mmall06) i only called it new because it wasnt a very popular cheat and it was my first time on the site so i had to come up with somthing to attract attention so i just SAID NEW halo cheat. HaloMods sends word of an Xbox Halo mod called Banshee Wars by Iron Forge; the original Banshee has been turned into a bomber, and a second type of Banshee, a Jet, has been added. Several weapons have been modified to fire homing projectiles.
