Voodoo Extreme's poll asking for your pick for console game of the year has ended and Halo absolutely swept the competition with 47% (1928) of the votes.

There is now a new poll asking which game has the best graphics of 2001. Halo is winning with 23% (1098) of the votes, but Return To Castle Wolfenstein is only 88 votes behind. Go vote, and vote often!

Wondering about the Jason Jones Q&A that was expected to be online this week? The bungie.net website has updated with this information:

Some of you have been wondering what happened to the fan interview with Jason Jones for which we solicited questions last week. We handed Jason the list of questions this past Monday, and he's been working on the answers all week (not continuously, but when he can find time). He came to us yesterday and asked for some more time to work on his answers; he felt (as we did) that many of the questions demanded in-depth answers, and he's doing his best to rise to the occasion. We were naturally happy to give Jason all the time he needs to respond properly.

The Q&A is expected to be online sometime next week.

There is a nifty screenshot over at Marathon Open Source that shows the Warthog from Halo rendered within Marathon. Funny, I don't remember it being those colors.
