Bungie showed a two-minute video of Halo 3's campaign at E3 2007. Bungie.net has three sizes of WMV variants, and HBO as usual has (or rather will have) WMV and QT versions.
HBO is tagging this as a spoiler, but we've been told the video itself contains no story spoilers.

For what it's worth...
1) I think I stated that there were no story spoilers - but that some of the weapons and such have not been seen before, and might then be considered spoilers by people who want Halo 3 to be a totally new experience for them.
2) I didn't transcode those versions; FilmOasis did. I was simply tasked with distributing them. (A job I didn't do as well as I could have... :( )
