  2. Please Don't Feed The Peter

Spanish Mac enthusiast site Macuarium has done a short interview with Peter Tamte, ex-Apple, ex-Bungie, ex-Macsoft and currently of Destineer, the company destined to bring Microsoft's games to the Mac (perhaps Halo, perhaps not).

The first thing he tells us is that the Mac is alive and well at Bungie:

I've been to Bungie's new studios inside Microsoft. They're filled with Macs. And, they're also filled with people who love the Macintosh. Please be assured that Microsoft and Bungie plan to bring Halo to the Macintosh. They love the Mac just as much today as they did before being acquired by Microsoft.

Always nice to know, especially for those of us-- like me-- who use Macs.

Unfortunately, Macuarium did not ask the $64 question-- whether Destineer will be the company to bring Halo to the Mac or not. Thanks to Crux Fidelis at HBO for the heads-up.

Fair enough - usually, you don't need to. :)
