Cortana has been nominated, along with other curvaceous videogame characters, to be Cyber Vixen of the Year. Editor's Note: Why now, and not in 2001 when Halo launched, is really beyond us. Maybe on PC titles qualify, not console ones, or maybe she's been nominated for her as-yet-unseen performance in Halo 2.

BlackOps has posted in the Gearbox HaloCE forum about a modification that he and some associates have made to an Unreal Tournament 2003 statistics program. Now this statistics package works with Halo server logs if you have FTP access to the logs themselves.

Frankie came back from PAX, the Penny Arcade Exposition, and posted up his experiences over at Bungie.net. Of course, along with the chance to see Tycho and Gabe in person, PAX featured multiplayer action of the E3 build of Halo 2.

HBO has put up a BitTorrent seed (and a mirror list) of some good quality footage of multiplayer action on Zanzibar at the first-ever Halo 2 tourney, using the E3 2004 build of the game. Lots of shakeycam footage has been floating around, but this is the real deal.
